Remember that you are meant to be a beacon of light for others to follow. Never forget that this is your path. Never think that you are only acting alone and that you are not receiving guidance from within to help you on your path. You must show incredible mercy towards others in order to be worthy of being a leader. All great leaders have been very merciful. They are accepting of the differences that exist in people. Always see the spiritual essence of each and every human being, never simply focus on the physical differences. Don’t simply look for happiness in your own success and accomplishments. Rather be even more overjoyed when someone else has positive things happen to them. When you truly feel sympathetic joy towards others you will be able to experience lasting joy while you have a most positive impact on others. Always make the growth and enlightenment of others your primary focus in life, and in doing so you will be truly fulfilling your purpose on this planet.
