The purpose of life is to seek the truth and to live by it. However, truth is very difficult to ascertain while living in the material world. This world is based upon duality and for most people this duality is the truth. The opposites like hot and cold, good and bad, black and white, positive and negative seem to be the most obvious aspects of life in this world. However, if you start to understand that duality is based on your sense perception and that your physical senses are often tricked and mistaken you can understand how difficult it can be to find truth through the senses alone. The best way to discover your own truth is through the process of prayer. Going directly to the source of all truth is much more effective than trying to discover everything on your own. Spending time in ernest prayer will help you understand the highest truths about who you are and what your individual purpose in life is. The more you focus on prayer that is not asking for more things or comforts in your life but rather is focused on being shown and understanding the truth about life, the sooner your life will begin to make sense. When you are living in truth you will know it because you will be filled with joy while living a life filled with generosity and appreciation.
